Welcome To our new Website
Kells Wado-Kai Karate Association (KWKKA) has been active for over 20 years having built up a strong group of 40+ students who are actively training. Membership numbers are continuing to increase.
Classes run twice a week and are structured around the abilities of the group and each individual. Classes are friendly but structured and they are disciplined. Students are encouraged to participate in all aspects of Wado-Kai Karate and over time they will become more confident in their abilities, make friends with the other students.

There is a seemingly endless list of benefits from practicing any form of martial art. An improvement in fitness, balance, control, co-ordination and concentration should all be noticed. With constant practice, hard work and determination, students will learn the skills and techniques enabling them to become more aware of their environment.
If there was ever a need, students should also be able to use their skills to avoid, or as a last resort, control aggressive situations
